3. Microbiological Analysis for Salmonella (in 50 gms), E Coli (in 10 gms)  Staphylococcus Aureus ( in 1 gm), stating
the absence of all three.


4. Aflatoxin  BHC limits: Aflatoxin B1:2 ppb and Aflatoxin B1 + B2 + G1 + G2 : 4 ppb and BHC negative.


5. The moisture level of the cashews shall be 3%  to 5%, as determined by the AOAC reference method.


6. Foreign matter: cashew kernels shall be free of hard or sharp foreign objects and hair.


7. Packing 
The cashews shall be packed in new, clean , dry, leak proof, lead free containers with an airtight (hermetic) seal and
without internal paper liners. Packaging shall be of sufficient strength to assure the integrity of the product during normal shipment and storage.

20 to 22.64 kg net per carton.

All cartons shall be clearly marked with Name of the product, name and address of Factory, Grade, Net weight,
country of origin, other marks agreed to by seller and buyer.


8. General requirements:
Product must comply with the food laws in the EU countries in force at time of delivery. 
Product has to be produced from traditional varieties (non GMO).
All processing must be done according to Good Manufacturing Practice.
